Following are the steps to sign a document by counter party.
3 Counter party signature

1 Email for the signature request will be delivered to the person in charge for counter party.

2 Click on the digital signature URL in the mail and login with your credentials
3 After login successfully, the detailed document information is displayed, click "Specify signers" button at the bottom of the page
4 Select the signer and click "Update"
※ Signer drop down only display list of users have "signer" as role in Agree.
5 Signer setting completed.
The subsequent operations are performed by the user of the signer role.
6 After successfully logged in as a Signer, user will see document requested for signature on top of the table, as shown below:
7 Click the blue pen mark "Signature" at the far right of the document
8 Click "signature" at the bottom of the document
9 Select the seal imprint image and enter the PIN code.
Choose from the seal image you previously registered or the default signature image of this time only.
10 Click "Signature" to complete the process
When all the signatures are completed, the person in charge and the signer will be notified of the signature completion
